Oh! (not mine...)

Definitely lots of faces. Incredible!I love that grain! I think I see faces in there, like a bunch of trapped souls. Looks awesome.
Sounds fun. Wish I was closer. That is an intriguing burl. I also see trapped faces in it.
Looking forward to attending the Four States Guitar Show in Springfield, MO in a few days. Bebass graciously invited me to come on down and talk bass, play bass, and hang out.It will be interesting to hear Jeff Genzler's new line-array cabinet with my own ears. If you're a TB'er who hasn't had a chance to lay your fingers on a Dingwall bass, here is an excellent opportunity! The Spiritbasses will also be in attendance (SJ-5, SJ/P-4, and SP-4).

Dude, you're already in the club. This is the place to be for current, future, and past Dingwall owners.Well the deposit on my ABZ has been made. I'll be officially able to join the club in 6-9 months!
I bet you could order it from the factory strung BEAD. They allow custom tunings on all their other basses, even current 5 string Combustions.Anyone heard anything recent about the 4 string ng-2's? Would I be able to have it tuned to BEAD without messaging with the nut? I want that dingwall B but if I could have a smaller neck to complement my short fingers that would be rad!
I don't own a Dingwall yet (saving up for a 5 string NG-2), but I had no issue tuning my 4 string Warwick Streamer LX to BEAD... All I had to do was change the strings.Anyone heard anything recent about the 4 string ng-2's? Would I be able to have it tuned to BEAD without messaging with the nut? I want that dingwall B but if I could have a smaller neck to complement my short fingers that would be rad!
If the weather doesn't clear up here by Thursday, I'm gonna die. I'm supposed to be buying @Eugene B 's SP5, but we had sleet, rain, and snow tonight. I have class all day tomorrow. My only hope is that Thursday afternoon is clear enough for me to make a run to Rochester to seal the deal. And get some tasty vegan food at The Red Fern.
It will be great to hang out with all the bass gear. I am really excited to see your basses! That is an intriguing burl. I also see trapped faces in it.

Yes, I spoke with Sheldon about this and he suggested to have it tuned at the factory. The nut would have to be modified. I had thought about ordering a EADGC and asking for another nut to be made so I could change it back.I bet you could order it from the factory strung BEAD.
