"Long" and "run-on" are two very different things, and should not be equated.
"Long" simply means long.
"Run-on" means it has improper structure, largely having to do with poor use of punctuation, e.g. comma splices and/or period omissions.
I will read long posts, if I feel up to it.
I will not read run-on posts.
Thanks...I get in TLDR territory as well![]()

And the translation from Latin using Google translate... Just because...
(Edited for length... Only the "good" parts...)
The pain itself is the love of the pain..... It is the desire of the weekend to decorate it with the curse of the hated bow. ..... The immune system is now the throat of the kids. ..... Don't miss the price of the fans, that's what he wants. ...... No bears should be in love with laughter, no need for cats. ..... Until then I hate the average person.
That's a strong ending.
Tengo los gatos en mis pantalones... Quiero comer su perro... Ciao.
When comments on a thread are mostly 2-5 sentences, and then a commenter posts 6 paragraphs, I’ve always wondered if anyone actually reads those long, run-on posts.
Si... pero el perro es delicios.¡Los Gatos puede causar dolor en tus pantalones!![]()

I do. I have even read years old threads, just to come across a post I like on page 19; just to find out I already "liked" it 3 years ago!
I also periodically go back and read threads I have started (this board nd others), even if the last response was several years ago.
I will also waste time re-reading text message chains from as far back as my phone will allow.
None of this is facetious, all statements are truthful. I'm just an odd duck.
And I always... ALWAYS... select an option with carrots.I like that this thread's poll has only three options. If there's more than four, I ignore it.
