I hope you have better luck with that shear-cut Yonico bit than I did. I used that exact bit on a couple basses to pattern cut bodies, and it was great (albeit terrifying to watch) for a couple projects. Now it seems to have developed a vibration that worries me, and it leaves a slightly "wavy" cut, presumably due to the vibration. What speed are huge bits like that supposed to run at? Is it possible I trashed it running it too fast? I've gone back to my trusty Robosander, which is slow, but guarenteed tearout-free.
