Of course, I 100% agree with that.

And, as I said before, I was saying this in a homourous way, but some people seem to have missed that.

As other folks already pointed out, its about the music, not the hair. Focus on getting the band sounding tight and stop focusing on the dude's hair. If you can't manage that, dump him and get a good looking guy with a luxurious mane of hair to replace him. Then you'll look just like all the other bands that focus more on surface appearances than on the music - and you'll sound like them too.
