We DO a lot of jamming , WE want a creepy pirate drunkard accordion player. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. so far its bobs, liz, and nikki we play a number of things. in the band we got goin a guitar, banjo, synth, keyboard, drums, trumpet, and kazoo. Our influences are BOB- atom and his package, avett bros., the unicorns, elliot smith, ratatat, descendents LIZ- bikini kill, le tigre, dark dark dark, hurray for the riff raff, bratmobile, bad brains, the specials, NIKKI - ART FAG music (she was not here when we made this, but garsh darn we love her voice)

Ok, we don't really NEED you. We have a perfectly good chimp we were going to train to do your part but then we realized there would be a lot of feces throwing and that's just not something we want to deal with again. So if you can keep a somewhat steady beat and keep the feces throwing to a minimum, you can latch onto Pancake's coattails and ride our nuclear powered space ship to rock superstardom.
If you know how to write, you're too smart to be our drummer. If you're reading this to a drummer, tell them Pancake wants them. Then clean up the mess from where they pissed their pants and see when they would like to get together.

How do you snap a headstock off a Fender THAT badly? I've heard of tilt-back headstocks and over-aggressive truss rods snapping thinner scarf joints, but that things break line is ridiculous, did he use the thing like a baseball bat?

I wouldnt even trust putting STRINGS on that!

I was wondering the same thing myself. What a crime for
such a fine instrument to be ruined especially if the break
was caused by carelessness. A damn shame!

Need bass player not bassist!!! Guitar player Prefered!! (Local bassists are lame.)

Hey, if you play guitar and also like playing bass. You may be our guy. We have been actively combing Craigslist for a bassist for quite some time now. We think that most of the bass players here do not have the one thing it takes to make it........Commitment! Others are looking solely for a paycheck and have so many projects that they can't even remember who they are on stage with at that moment. There are a few other things most lack individually but commitment is the key to it all. Pay is great but work for it a little will ya.
There are allot of guitar players out there looking for the right opportunity to shine. They are usually dedicated and very driven. The problem is, everyone and their brother seems to play guitar, and most are good at what they do. Even our drummer is a shredder on a guitar. (go figure)

We play straight up, full throttle rock and roll. Think: Buck Cherry, Tesla, AC/DC. It's really simple but catchy stuff. Vocals a plus. We all sing back ups. We are currently recording a demo the drums are being tracked all this week. We hope to be gigging in Dec.

We are in Scottsdale have a practice space and recording studio. You will need a 4x10 at least to achieve the right sound for the room. 15's are too muddy 8x10's are too big. No Tweakers! No Junkies! 420 o.k. drinking fine within reason. Prefer ages 25 to a very youthful 40 energy and image is important for this band you have to move. Songwriting ability is also very important we all write songs and collaborate together.

These are total douche bags I auditioned for in May or something like that. Their previous bassist bailed on them. I did not like their music, this was my very first "audition".

Originally I was looking for a teacher and when invited by the "teacher" I ended up being auditioned. I told them I was not quite ready to play in band, since I stopped for several years and was just coming back to it. But I tried anyway, what the hell.

The drummer talked to me as if I was a moron (although I was older than him, probably had higher education and was making more dough, and probably slept with hotter chicks than he ever did, but oh well).

Their music was total crap. Supposedly catchy? Yes, the random swear words can only catch your attention. Loud as heck, could not hear the guitarist. And on top of that: 1 beer, 1 song, 1 beer, 1 song.

They were such douche bags they did not even help me carry my gear out.

After that they found a bassist who bailed out on them due to personal issues, but I know what the heck happened, no mystery about that.

Oh yeah, they have a MySpace (you can check their ego, especially the guitarist).

I am looking to put together a band. What I am looking for is a singer who can scream with the best, but is able to do ballads to the point of bringing a tear to the eye. I am looking for a BLAZING guitar player, in the likes of Randy Rhodes, that can almost sound like 2 guitar players at one time. I am also looking for a Michael Inez type bass player, who's excellence is consistency and quality. Also I am looking for a Alex Van Halen Drummer, who is as quality as anybody, and can stand the star level of the others and not get shown up.

Also we need a manager, someone who could get us good paying gigs at Mecca if we wanted.

What I plan on doing is nothing.

You will tour the world and be famous rock n roll stars, and I will collect as much money as any of the members, all while doing nothing more than just getting you guys together. YOU OWE ME!!! And you will pay until your career is over... but I will still get royalties then.

So, the moment you meet me, you will have to sign this contract, and off to glory you go. Ill watch tv and eat pizza. The high quality pizza... I can afford it now.
