Dunwich Amplification General Discussion

Realizing I've not listened to much Bolt Thrower in my lifetime, I'm digging in to some today.
LISTEN TO ALL OF IT RIGHT NOW!!
Seriously though, it is the closest thing to stoner\doom in the death metal\Grindcore range.
Realms of Chaos and Warmaster are two of my favorite albums ever. I was lucky enough to see them twice. Memoriam is a decent continuation, but not quite the same.

A million times this! So many good songs. Killchain has such a good groove...

Also, their bassist used giant stacks of Peavey in doom-approved fashion.

They're safe at 18v. In socialleper's Volt Thrower sound clip on the first page of this thread its being run @ 18v, I believe. I run the VT the same and it does add clarity to the bass. I haven't tried the ODB yet but I think its the same benefit at 18v
I run my ODB @ 18v. First, it gives me another plug I can use on my DC Brick. It also makes the pedal much louder. With the VT, I felt like it opened up the tone a little to give it more of articulation that matched what was happening on my bass. The ODB is fairly low gain so i don't have the same experience with it.
