I can cut my own, but thanks. I laser engrave for a living, tricky part is finding the plastic. Back when I had a EB Sterling, I switched from a black one too this same pick guard lol - I love the pearloid

Someone sold a Starry Night shorty recently, but I didn't have the cash laying around to just buy another one at the moment. You must have been the buyer. One day though....
I have just put on my first ever flats, Dunlop 45-105. I absolutely love them. Sound great, smooth as silk, etc.
GC has a used one . I bought it the day before this one popped up on forum . It didn’t have a case and they wouldn’t budge on the price because it was on sale for Labor Day already .
I bought this one and cancelled my order right before it shipped out to me.
It was still there yesterday .
Now I’m on the hunt for a Tim Cummerford Short Scale active/ natural finish. I see 2 sunburst passives on reverb if anyone is looking for one .

Also were some of these wired incorrectly. It says platoon 1 is parallel and 3 is series. Mine sure sounds like it’s wired opppsote.

I can't say with certainty, but generally, they only make 50 of each color when they release them.
I've seen someone post that there were 100 Starry Nights built.
The paperwork that came with mine agrees with what you said - position 1 (fully counter clockwise) is parallel and 3 (fully clockwise) is series. I haven't read anything about any being wired backwards.
If I remember correctly there was 150 stary night and 150 sunburst -

I love my EBMM but the SBMM is much more affordable. I can certainly understand their popularity.
Yeah, I really love mine. I'd also love for them to release more of the Tim Commerford's. I'd have to buy one of those.

Just for content, I’ve switched from Stringjoy rounds to Sunbeams on my EBMM Starry Night. I like them a lot. Right now, they’re my favorite strings. On my fretted SBMM SS, I have a set of the Ernie Ball Cobalt flats. I’m not generally a flats guy so I go back and forth with these. Some days, I positively love them. Others, not so much. On my defretted SBMM SS, I have a set of Labella White Tapes. They’re OK. I may try a set of cobalt flats on it. The fingerboard wood is too fragile for round wounds.
