I noticed there doesn't seem to be any literature that explains what the input impedance on the preamps are, or if they're friendly with piezo pickups.

Looking at the preamp schematics, input goes to either a) the grid of a cathode follower or b) the + input of a FET op amp, depending on model. Either is high impedance enough to make a piezo happy. Nominal input impedance is set to 1 megohm by a resistor at the input.
Not sure if I should hit Like or not...

So I fried my Eden head today. I decided to buy a used Rumble 200 that was available nearby for about the same as what the TN226 is going for.
If I wasn't in a rush because I have no backup amp and am looking to actually go play with someone I would probably look at the TN501 which is available for $350 on gear4music.com but is on backorder.
After looking at the amps available in the 300-400 price range, I have to say the Eden TN series is pretty good value. If gear4music can find a US distributor to bring down shipping costs they should be able to sell that series here.

That was the TN226 which got me starting this thread. I only bought it in March and it was a great deal. It's going for almost $100 more than I paid for mine. Oh well. It's only money.

Why not have it repaired by one of the Eden authorized service centers? They are generally repairable assuming the techs are qualified.

Understandable. You could go ahead and get it fixed and keep the Rumble as a backup/spare/practice room amp.
Disappointing news.
I've owned the Eden wtp900 since 2017 and it is a great amp, the old Eden sound, bi-amp, stereo and bridge mode, enhance, compressor, 3 cooling fans, two 12ax7's for added gain, 3 band fully swappable parametric e.q. from 30Hz to 12kHz, separate bass and treble controls (shelved).
This amp really pushed my 4×10 and 1×18 well.
The only thing I didn't like was it's weight (35 pounds) and it couldn't bridge at 4ohms with it's two power amps.
Other than that I didn't think I would need another amp, you never know, right? 
If this amp quits I'll purchase a Bergantino B|amp next.
I guess that's progress?

I just bought a TN 502 from Gear for Music. I was fed up with splitting my signal and feeding it to two separate amps. I’m getting too old for all that lugging about. The 502 has two full preamps that’ll accept an input from anything. It’s not just two channels. Each preamp has an identical array of eq and other controls, and they both feed into a single power amp. Also, there are separate effects loops for each preamp, a balanced DI output for each, plus one which mixes both. I do have a problem/query though. I haven’t used it yet as my cab won’t be arriving for a while, so I want to explore it using headphones. BUT, the manual doesn’t say, or anything else for that matter, if plugging headphones in mutes/kills the power amp. I don’t want to blow the bloody thing up before I get its cab. Anyone got a clue about this (yes, I know that plugging in headphones normally kills the speaker outputs, but I just need to know, not assume)? All contributions gratefully received. Kev
You can run that amp without a speaker connected... It's not going to blow anything.
Now I am seeing as of today January 28, 2022, new Eden products being available again for sale. Or at least it seems that way.
The amps look like they're 220-240 Volt mains. Don't think they'll work in my neck of the woods.
I love my Terra Nova and prefer it to my Little Mark III. Wish it had more headroom but that eq makes dialing in a great sound easy.
