Epiphone Club

I used to own an Epiphone Limited Edition Les Paul Standard bass. It was a great bass with awesome sound, but was heavy as heck. I stupidly traded it a couple of years back for a MIM Fender fretless J-bass. Looking back at it now I wish I would have held onto the Les Paul.

I am currently in the process of buying an Epiphone Ripper RI, and if I get it I will most definitely post some pics!

My first ever bass guitar was an Epiphone Les Paul Special in heritage cherry sunburst. It's bolt-on, 34" scale, with what i assume are two EMG Select bass humbuckers. I modded it by adding an aguilar 2-band preamp, which switched it from V/V/T/T to V/P/T/B, plus a bypass switch.

It's currently sitting in the case at my parents house, but here's an old picture of it.

The Hamsterman,
Very nice to see you back onTB. You are # 95, wear it with pride. Epi club is coming to life.A very nice bass you have there, almost bought an LP like yours last year, but my local music store wouldn't budge on a trade.
