Great post.
I need to weigh all 7 of my Fenders as I have never done it. I am guessing they are all between 8 and 12lbs and I will weight them tonight as I really have no idea.
P.S. How much $$$ was the digital scale roughly?

As I recall the MP Jazz Satin 5 was very heavy 11 lbs and up.... but this Bass (the only one I own or use now) seems on the middle of the weight scale to me.
What's up with those frets? They look mega-wide or doubled-up or something. Trick photography?
