Nope, my buddy made it. He is a beginning luthier and I wanted something cool so I payed him to do it. It turned out amazing, better than I could of ever hoped.

This is really unique. I think it would look amazing screen-printed - then the newsprint wouldn't wear off (as quickly)
Definitely my favorite on here so far.

all you gotta do is spray a few coats of clear on it , like i did, & it'll last for years

I've been playing with the idea of cutting out a clear plexiglass pickguard for a custom build I'm doing in my spare time. I think it would look neat showing the guts of the bass, maybe even wire in a little LED to give it a glowing effect.

+1... Like a "flux capacitor" bass, I hope you guys know what I'm talking about.

That would be sweet! I would love to see that.
