F1 2014

Interesting qualifying session now that FRIC is gone. Interesting to see how the mercedes cars will handle traffic now that ride height is higher and less downforce on the front wing. Mercedes could be beatable here. It would be great to see either a ferrari or williams win.

Time to revive this thread now that we are in the last part of the season.
Big news is the Jules Bianchi crash, our happiest thoughts for a full recovery.
Hamilton is ahead in the drivers race [yay!] and Mercedes seemingly cannot be beat.
Russia Sochi inaugural race this weekend and on to COTA. Looks like i will be missing another race at COTA due to economic reasons unless we get really lucky.

Very bummed about Jules. Always figured on seeing him in a Ferrari in the next couple years. From what I have read on his injury, his racing days are done. Hopefully he will recover enough to enjoy whatever he chooses to do next. Key words "he chooses".
Any word on who will be driving the second (or first) Marussia this weekend? I am sure that no driver wants to get a ride this way but that is the purpose of the reserve driver.
