That's Roger Waters of Pink Floyd, in case any of you youngsters are wondering . The strange caption on it was added by me, as part of a "humourous" post in another thread, in which we were praising the virtues of black basses over white ones (feel free to disregard that ).

once again, Brace yourself.

This bass has been discussed a great deal, but looking at the shape of the axe (which looks like was used on it) there had to be many parts switched on it such as pots and maybe a pick up or two when it was put back together. I wonder how the sound could even be close to the one Jaco got?

^Apparently is. I was at a Victor Wooten clinic at the beginning of the month and he said that it sounded exactly like Jaco did when he tried it out (after the recent discovery in NYC).
