^^^^I had something similar, only it was a military chopper of some sort, (like a Sikorsky)and the arm was attached to the top of a tower, maybe six to ten inches tall, and it had a plastic sub that you could "bomb", the sub had a little spring thing that held a cap from a cap gun. and the copter had a little hook on the bottom that a tiny metal bomb would slide onto, and you would get into position over the sub and tilt the chopper so the nose was down the instant you were right over it, the little metal bomb would slide off, hit the sub, the cap would go BANG! and the sub would flip up into the air. It was super tricky getting the timing and aim right, the second you would tilt the nose down to let the bomb slide off, the copter would start moving quickly forward, and the part you had to hit was maybe an inch long and a 1/4 inch wide, I could never get it right.

I made worlds and universes and everything inbetween..

For hours you could hear me digging thru the lego bin I had to find that one piece!!! Neck would get all stiff, but I kept digging!:hyper::bassist::D

I had all the city stuff and my brother had all the space stuff. And I would build the most awesome Road Warrior cars and trucks! :cool:

The boxes...it's a damn wonder I still have all my fingers from being a kid and raiding my dads toolbox or a kitchen drawer to make windows and stuff with whatever cutting implements I could get my grubby hands on.
I loved my hotwheels and the "new" 6" GI Joe from the early 80's.

Please guys, do us grammatically retentive Brits a favour, please, call them LEGO singular, Legos is driving us nuts!! :)

I had this cheap piece of **** toy "guitar". It would not stay in tune, and it had a built-in speaker. I played the damn thing like it was a drumset, Slapping, whacking and hitting the strings on it. Made some pretty funny tom morello-esque sounds with it. Got rid of it when i turned 9 because the speaker in it started popping. Looking back, I'm pretty dissapointed i didn't keep it.

Other favorite toy was a radio-controlled wheel. yes, a wheel. It could go about 4 feet up walls. And it turned with a weird Metal ball at the center, when you turned the thingy on the controller, the ball would shift to one side. It was RIDICULOUSLY hard to control.
