Favorite rock groups from after 1990

I asked about RAWK because I can think of all kinds of bands but can imagine someone or other poo-pooing them and saying they aren't R&R enough for whatever. My current cover band (Six Cowards, see sig) is all about this, not since 1990 but just since 2000, so for me the answer to the question is... pretty much our whole set list. A lot has happened in the last 17 years, let alone the last 27. A few names:

Arctic Monkeys
Black Keys
Cage the Elephant
Death Cab for Cutie
Queens of the Stone Age
Young the Giant
Cold War Kids
Spoon
Dinosaur Jr.
Franz Ferdinand
Modest Mouse
Muse
OK GO
Silversun Pickups
The Strokes
Weezer
The White Stripes

And then there's artists we don't cover.... some I'm listening to a lot lately... more obscure, though:

Jessica Hernandez and the Deltas

Samantha Fish - more of a blues artist, but some is definitely blues-rock:

JD McPherson doing some solid roots-rock:
