Yes this morning. He's on it.
I gave them (FedEx) a few days to find it but my phone has remained silent despite them promising to get back to me with an answer.
I have all music equipment deliveries sent to my place of employment. I'm always at work, there is always someone there to sign. No issues.
In this case the destination has nothing to do with the separation of parcels and one being missing & unaccounted for.
I've had hundreds of packages and bass gear PA Equipment delivered and never once had a problem. I know there are issues from time to time but they are pretty reliable.
If I recall you switched delivery addresses? I get it, that's a sucky situation for sure.
I've had very few issues myself but this has to be the worst considering every aspect of the situation. Like I told FedEx "were not talking about a inexpensive folding chair from Ikea that can just be easily replaced tomorrow"
Had to. Can't afford to take another V day. They never showed. Then after I switched the destination only ONE showed up. I took them for their word. I took the day because I was so exited to receive and play with them I sacrificed a day to bask in the glory. Yeah....not so much.
I've lived that hell way more than once. And more often than not, the easiest has always been to drive to the depot.

I hope so. If it truly is lost or stolen my fear is replacement.. first they won't be consecutive serial numbered (not the end of the world, just cool). I'm confident Alex would do all they could to expedite the replacement cab but the first order took 7 weeks to fill. Who knows what the process is? FedEx might have to launch some sort of investigation with loss prevention. This could get worse before it's resolved. I'm sincerely hoping they find it soon and get it to me. I'll certainly keep TB posted on the situation.

It will get resolved, Saltydude. Keep at it! I realize that's easy for me to say because it's not my cab, but hang in there buddy. It will get found and you'll be playing through both of those barefaced cabs... take a deep breath and visualize it.

Thanks Steve! I have to say I'm falling in love with the one I did get and I "almost" posted a few pics but the wind was taken from my sails due to these unfortunate circumstances. I will eventually post some, it's a promise.
I once had a colli of three packages delivered from France to Germany via FedEx. The thing is, i live in a remote place and FedEx does not cover Germany like other carriers do. So these packages usually leave the senders in France in a FedEx truck but get here with something different. Sometimes UPS, who do it like clockwork in Germany, somtimes others. So of these three, only two arrived. I thought the same thing - one of them did not make it into the truck at some point and will be delivered later. This was on a Thursday. So Friday passed without a parcel and i thought it'll be there on monday. Tuesday i got nervous and tried to contact the sender. They got back to me two days later with the info that all parcels were delivered. Long story shorter, the third parcel arrived on Friday. One week and one day later. France to Germany.
One originally. Then for some strange reason a secondary one was generated (special Saturday delivery because they screwed up the first time) and only one showed up. Thing is they told me they can't find the other one.
Would suck if it never showed and it took 4 months to get it replaced..
