Excellent photos , amazing basses!!)) I remember seeing both Fullerton '62 Jazz and '57 Precision basses for sale in Germany for €3,500 each last year. Looks like prices in Europe are starting to rise although some dealers are asking silly money now. Late 1981 to early 1985 was a fascinating time in Fender's history. Extensive retraining resulted in greatly improved quality control making the final CBS years all the more memorable.

The Japanese "US product line" catalogues really shows their enthusiasm for the Fender range. I have a selection of these from 1981/'82/'83 and '84 covering the Fullerton reissue series . Other "Fullerton Reissue" catalogues and price lists from Canada, UK and the United States as well.Always on the look out for more.

Only the one. Over the years I've owned a total of six Fullerton '62 Reissue Jazz Basses (all sunburst).

The early Squier JV Series were excellent instruments although the Jazz necks were slightly more bulky than the Fullertons. I've owned four '62 JV Jazzes including two early "Fender" logo versions (serial numbers JV000335 and JV000029).
