Cool thanks!I have indeed. They are a little more similar to Thomastiks, at least feel wise. Flexible, and easy to play. More balanced tonally though. They are bright out of the package, but not in the way Chromes are. Low end response is great. I sound like I am trying to sell them, ha! But the truth is, I just really like the way they respond, and the way they sit in the mix. I don't think about them while I am playing a gig which is sort of what I want.
Was going to slap some Thomastik flats on the JMJ but keep hearing good things about the dunlops... what a terrible thing this GAS... I thought I got over the eternal string search thing twelve years ago!
