Fender Rumble Club

I wanna stand in front of this rig. Right in front! :bassist:
It's nice to know if I ever have an outdoor gig with no PA support that this mashup would work. Needs roadies, though.

Currently I play in a unique trio; guitar, cajon drummer and myself. We do our own PA, and I always have the option to go thru the PA (and often do.) My 100c has been enough for 95% of our gigs.

Once drummer brought the kit; 100 was almost enough. PA support, so just wish I had a little more stage volume. Another brewery gig we play has a big sprawling lawn, I felt like i could use a little more power....

Also thinking long game here. This drummer may leave and we'll have a kit drummer to balance with, or I may leave and join another band with a kit drummer. Just want to explore options.

At this point, I'm leaning 200c. Thanks for the input @G-Dog !
I know I'm a little late into this discussion but here's my 2 bobs worth. I have a 100c and a 200c. The 100 can't cut it on its own with a drummer but I love the sound. The 200c is loud enough with the drummer and has a beefier bottom end, but when I daisy chain them together I get the best of both worlds. I don't know how much wattage it puts out but I can tell you I'll never need a bigger rig and the sound is to die for. Only needed this setup once but can't wait to use it again.

I have definitely considered that! I like the 100 very much, I'm confident I'd like the 200; every one here raves about it.

I've been considering an ampeg combo too (can I say that here?? :p) just to get some variety. I have a lil 8" in the rehearsal room, love that thing. So many amps, so little time.....

So I got some news to share.

My band has been invited to open for Crash Test Dummies on the 28th at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall.

I dont have that last bit of details yet, like how long we have to set up and tear down, so I'm not sure which amp I'm going to use. I would like to have my Rumble 500H and 2x 210 cabs on stage with me, but I may not have the time needed to set up and tear down properly. Plus we only have a 35 minute set... May end up just using my GK MB212II combo or MB115II combo instead. View attachment 3283984
I'm surprised there is no backline for a gig like that.

I was too. But it is just us and them playing. Plus the place isn't super huge. I think it holds around 500 to 600 seated and 700 to 800 standing. It will be the largest venue I've done with this band. I've only been with the band since September. I replaces my buddy in the band as he has another band and solo gigs he does that takes him on the road too much to stay committed to them. Greta guys, no ego. All older than me. I'm use to being the old fart in the band, so this a new venture for sure, lol.

Hey Munkeyfish, congrats on the gig. I live right off CR210, very close to that. Probably wont go to this show as I am not really into the Crash Test Dummies, but would love to hear your band some time. Let me know when/where you are playing in the area, especially anywhere around St Johns.

Yeah, also if you're a little farther south(I'm in the Port St. Lousy area). Speaking of which-sorta-I caught @ClassicJazz 's group Sunday in Stuart. Good "Blues" oriented trio, nice guy. Luckily, Kenny didn't fall in 'the drink'.

I got my Rumble Studio 40 yesterday. Got it home, got on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, did the Firmware update, and downloaded the apps, registered, etc.. everything went well. I like using the App interface, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add cabinets to my custom presets using the Tone App. I can see how it's done on the Amp interface. It's not very easy, but once you know where it is, it's not too bad.

Any ideas, or explanations?

Edit:

I found it in the app! There's a small "Down Arrow" at the bottom of the Amp Settings screen. Touch that and there's more settings, including the cabinet model.
