As far as them “destroying” the amp, I’m guess that may be why they didn’t offer to ship it back to them. It may be easier for them to have the authorized repair center officially nix it instead of spending money on shipping. Not sure, just a guess.
As for the Bluetooth issues, I can’t remember if I had that on the first time the sound went out or not. I may well have and it was definitely on the last time it happened so not sure if that’s where the “no sound” issue lies or not.
I usually do run the Fender Tone app on my iPhone to jump between presets and play with the settings. The app always sync’s up and has worked great for me and I don’t understand why some I read about on here have so many troubles with it.
I’ll be making the drive and taking it in tomorrow. My hope is for a speedy replacement to be shipped to me that doesn’t suffer the same issues.
