Yeah, it’s kind of ridiculous...I bought the Stage on a whim because it was such a great deal, I couldn’t pass it up. Really liked the modeling features, but more amp in every way than I need for playing around the house, which is all that is getting done at this point.you are the owner of both a Stage 800 and a Studio 40!!!
Came across the Studio on FB Marketplace this week and got another super deal (thank the GAS gods for clean, used gear!), so pulled the trigger and got the amp I probably should have got in the first place. Studio is nice and light and fits on the desk in my small practice space, Stage, not so much.
So, Studio for practice and fooling around with, Stage for future growth (I hope) and ability to gig using a few presets that will come about from working with them on the Studio. That’s the plan for now...
