No problem. Good luck! Thanks for the ideas. I actually play a Geddy Lee Sig Jazz Bass. Yes , he uses a pick and does a lot of hammer on's and pull off's. I'l keep tweaking although the combinations are endless with this mighty V3. Thanks Again.

Nice! I was very impressed when I tried an Epi Viola, just before shutdown in early 2020. Almost bought it. Kinda wish I had.
Which flats are you running on the Rogue?
My favorites...LaBellas...
Honestly, it had to grow on me over the years. Now I think it’s beautiful. Lol!Personally I hate the Viola bass. lol Like I dig nothing about them, it's the least "me" bass you can find.
But I'm always happy for those who have found an instrument that speaks to them!
My new Epi Viola sounds fantastic through my Rumbles!View attachment 4273478
I got a Rogue violin bass, and the factory strings were astonishingly bad! They were tinny and nasty sounding, to the point where I despaired of ever getting a decent sound out of it.
Then I installed a set of the Labella Hofner flats. I have NEVER heard so much difference in a bass just by changing strings.
Problem solved! The Labella Hofner flats are the best strings for that bass.
That's fair. Most basses have had to grow on me over the years. Maybe in 10 years I'll be talking about how silly I was for not liking Gibson basses in my younger years.Honestly, it had to grow on me over the years. Now I think it’s beautiful. Lol!

Actually bass guitar itself had to grow on me. I was a double bassist and didn't think I'd ever need or want to play a bass guitar. Until I did....That's fair. I ordered a Rumble 210 cabinet shipped from GC warehouse to my front door in Arizona for zero shipping cost. The youngster I spoke with said it was because it is a used amp. I don't know if that is correct or not.
I have the EKO version and love it. But I only use it for acoustic gigs.Personally I hate the Viola bass. lol Like I dig nothing about them, it's the least "me" bass you can find.
