Fender Rumble Club

I just got off the phone with Fender, and while it took a little bit of doing the Fender Specialist (as they are now called) was able to locate the parts list for the V3 Rumble 100 combo and also the V3 Rumble 112 cabinet. The part numbers for the 12" woofers are different, so the woofers themselves are different. If they were the same, they would have the identical part number. I also have sent an email for more in depth intel, but this may take some time. As always  Rumble On!

Hey Guy, another head housing version create.

Better look housing , and the space under the main head unit is design for speaker cable storage. Ofcourse with Door & lock switch at behind.

The look just like Ampeg Micro Head series ~~~~ :D

I call it "Baby Bassman"

Thanks for checking Linnin! Good to know that it at least is a different one, I figured as such. However if it turned out rumble 100 had a 250w driver all along, it would have made more sense to buy the combo, pull out the head, make a box for it, and make a back plate for the cab. Just knowing what is in my 200 has me thinking later down the road of doing the same thing. Head would be awkward with cables coming out of the top, but would end up with a killer compact light weight high power 115 cab.

Yahboy can design the housing, perhaps as a marshall style knobs on the bottom design to hide the plugs on the back, and maybe a hinged top plate for easy access to the jacks.

Just thinking OCD out loud. I know people reading these can be a good and bad thing though, the majority are rolling their eyes at me for sure. If I could go back to 95 when I first started using usenet newsgroups, which later led to Internet forums, I would tell myself to lurk not post, or only post in small quantities and not engage in any debates or post something that may start a debate or flame war. 20 years later and I still can't help myself...

I wish I had a freind at fender, I am only an hour from corona, and have 2 older amps that need repair and I can't afford the local techs, as well as the initial issue with my 2000 p bass pickup lacking a strong bottom. Someone was donating me a Duncan spb3 but I may have typed too much and upset him, I'm good at that and easily read into the wrong way and give tmi. Things got quiet.

I'm cursed to keep repeating the same social mistakes. Must be the hybrid DNA .

Reliability is job #1 of any professional gear. If it's not road-worthy, then it's not gig-worthy. This is where Fender Rumbles truly shine. Great sounding Reliable Professional grade gear at an Affordable price point for the working musician. That is what Fender has always been about from day one when Leo cranked out his first amp in 1946.

Don't forget PORTABLE! Earlier today, I carried a cajon, my bass and my Rumble 500 combo about 1000 feet to my little Miata all at the same time. Loaded the car (another amazing feat) and drove home.

We are in the glory days of bass amplification, my friends

And I thought my swr workingmans 10 was revolutionary back in 99.

While it has features catered to pro's that the rumble does not, it does not have the tone shaping and overdrive options, nor the power or light weight of the rumble. I still plan in having my wm fixed, but am in no rush to do so. And the rumble plays real nice with the wm extension cab too! Originally it was to be the runble200 head for the blown combo (as a cab) and extension, but it turned out to be a half blown driver in the combo as well, so the combo had to save the day.

I like this!

Now where the hell do we get all the parts needed from?

My suggestion is get yourself a Rumble 40 combo first, the width quite suit to fit the Rumble head.
First , draw the electronic & driver out .
Cleave the cabinet half and cut off the rest to meet the height amount should need, then join the upper & lower together.
Digging a hole on both side of the housing, to let the amp head "Breath".
Make a Clapboard at the middle to hold the amp head.
Cut the cloth cover flame to fit the housing bottom, don't lost the Fender Emblem and REMEMBER don't broke the emblem's "F" become small "t". Rumble Tender

And the housing is almost done.

Hope my procedure is work for you. :D

if you guy really enjoy with this housing, Email to [email protected] , with the picture attach, let fender know what their Rumble user need.

* hope you guy understand my poor english.drool

Took my new Rumble 100 to a jam last night and left the 200 at home. It was the 100's debut. Gain and volume both at about 9:00 and it just sounded so good even with the volume rolled back on the bass. It would have been a little louder if the drummer had been there. At one point it was just an acoustic guitar plugged in and my bass. Other times it was electric guitars. For small jams, I really do like the 100 better! It would have come through in a larger setting as well, I'm sure. It packs a lot in a small package. Another guy liked it so much he said he was going out and getting one. Tonight we play outdoors, so it will be the 200 and the line out.

Although that would be a pretty easy way of doing it, the Rumble 40 is 250€ here, for another 100€ I can get a 210 extension cab for my 500. I think I will stick with the controls on the top ;)

So, what should we do is just "wait n see" will fender make a housing like what I Create in future. Ofcourse the price must less than 80 dollar.
