Fender Rumble Club

My apologies ... SPV = Soporte Vital , it is the name of my band.

Per es.wikipedia.org and Google Translate:

"Life support refers to emergency techniques and treatments performed in a medical emergency situation to maintain the patient's life after the failure of one or more vital organs. Doctors and emergency medical technicians are responsible for performing basic and advanced life support procedures. However, basic life support is sometimes provided at the scene of an emergency by family members or bystanders before the arrival of emergency services."

Great name for a band! It works on many levels.

24-24°F at load-in tomorrow and 28-29°F at load-out. Taking the bare minimum - no pedalboard, one Rumble 100, one bass, case with stands, etc. And a cajon for someone. Minimum trips in the cold.
I'm so used to Celsius now that I saw the temps, but didn't notice the "F". I thought, heh, it's nice and warm somewhere. Then I saw "minimum trips in the cold".

That happens to me in reverse. “It’s 40C and I’m about to pass out.” The C doesn’t always register right away so I’m thinking “But you’re used to the cold!”. It’s not that often any more, though, between social media, here, and company offices around the world.

Ha! Hate to one-up ya, but when we packed the vehicles after last night’s show (at about 2:00 AM this morning) I think the weather app said -2 F (-18 or so in Celsius)! We had frost on our faces (those of us with whiskers)!

And I’d have thought, in that kind of weather, no one would be out, but we had a pretty good crowd! It’s a small bar in Eureka Springs, Arkansas (called the the “Switzerland of the Ozarks” or something like that), so it wasn’t more than 100 or so people (and not at once, lol), but we had a crowd — including about a dozen bikers in full regalia. They want to book us for a rally or party soon, so it may pay off double.

Anyway, to make this Rumble relevant, I’ll just add that one of our guitar/vocal guys said of my 800 combo, “That thing really puts out the sound for being so lightweight.”

Yes. Yes, it does.
