Fender Rumble Club

So, I'm reading a bunch of threads on TB about damping and bracing cabs. I've got no reason to consider doing both, other than the seemingly conventional wisdom that both will likely improve any cabinet that's lacking. If done correctly. :hyper:

I am completely happy with everything I've heard from my v3 500 combo. I am also very curious. Having voided one warranty already in my short musical life, I don't think I want to again with a product I'm already extremely satisfied with. BUT, I had to take a look.

Most of what I read led me to not expect any damping at this price point. However, I was very pleased to find about a 1.5 Inch, white (batting type?) lining on the back wall. Most of what I read suggested the back wall was the most important and yielded the most results. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who was diving into the same search frenzy I was on last evening. :bassist:

OK guys need some help in locating a replacement or something similar. My Fender Rumble V3 500 Head gig bag has bit the dust . The plastic zipper are gone just broke off. I need to find a replacement. Any ideas!

Yeah they are cheap and you do have to be careful with them. Just like any pair of pants or a jacket, just find a seamstress or tailor to sew in a new one.

You could take it to a tailor to get it replaced. I mean, if they can sew a new zipper into your jeans, why not the gig bag. I have also seen the big
plastic style zippers at fabric stores.

Edit. Linnen beat me to it. :)

I assume you're talking about the head and not the combo. When my zippers broke, I emailed Fender and they "put me on a list."

Yikes! :jawdrop:

Did you name names?
