Sorry. If you use a 1x15 @300, it is only going to get 1/2 of the 500 the amp puts out, so you shouldn't have a problem.
Be aware the cab dimensions on the 1x15 are not the same as the combo, so they will look funny stacked. The 2x10 is the same size and IMHO would be a better choice than the 15. I will say that one my favorite rigs was a 2x10 SWR with a Hartke 1x15 I pushed with an Ampeg B1R.

It's really easy. The Rumble 500 head pumps 350 watts into the internal 2x10's at a nominal 8 ohm load. Add any 8 ohm extension speaker cabinet and the total load drops to 4 ohms. {8+8=4, Got it?} Now the full 500 watts are available and are split in half with 250 watts going to the internal 2x10's and 250 watts going to the extension speaker cabinet. The Rumble 115 cabinet is rated at 300 watts of continuous power and 600 watts of program power or peak watts in short bursts. A pair of Rumble 115's with a Rumble 500 head on top is a glorious thing to behold.

Always look at the continuous watts rating of a speaker first. For the Rumble 210 it is 350 watts. And the program watts second. In this case 700.

For the Rumble 112 it is 250 watts continuous and 500 program.

you're right. The 115 cab is an 8 ohm cab and rated 300 watts continuous (600 watts max), while OTOH the 500 head makes 350 watts @ 8 ohms cab. So if both are used together, it's not so safe for the 115 if you often push the head at max. But when the head is used with 2 x 115, then it'll only give 250 watts max to each cab. So, it should be safe.

Fender doesn't publish those specs. However the woofer that Eminence says is closest is the Delta 12FLA rated at 44Hz -3kHz. Cabinet design & tuning makes all the difference, and allows the Rumble 100 to faithfully reproduce a low E and handle a low B with deft aplomb.

I've played my 5er through my 500 and my 25 and the B sounds like you hope it would.

Indeed, it needed some soldering. Ground issue fixed, and a proper shielding is in place. Ironically, having already voided my warranty, I actually paid to have this done.

Success. Absolute quiet before the thunder of the v3 500 c. Quiet when overdrive engaged as well. It actually seems a bit louder, is that possible from this type of fix to send a better signal I guess?

:woot: WOOT! :woot: Yes. Now that the amp no longer magnifies the ground hum all the power goes to clean pure bass signal. :bassist: Rumble Forth & Conquer! :bassist:

the lows are infinite, but i seek more treble (oops) i wish it had a switchable horn or the drivers put out upto 5k at least. i get the sound my ears look for around with bass eq cut half way and treble boosted all the way, slight boost on low mids and slight cut on high mids. YIKES

GEE i wish i could add a compression horn or maybe change the driver to something brighter, mmmm a new neo driver with more open top end response within budget?

I put an Eminence Basslite S2012 in my V2 Rumble 75 and love it. Yes, pretty close to an extra 1kHz on the top end. Very smooth. Perfect fit. Bottom end tightened up, but I also lined the cabinet with acoustic foam.
