Fender Rumble Club

Does anybody use and/or have photos of a rig that is (2) 2x10 extension cabs with a head? I'm looking to add a second 2x10 extension, but I'm worried it will be top heavy and easy to knock over? The head in question is a TC Electronic BH500, which is the exact same width as my current rumble 210 and is about 6" tall.
I don't see a problem. I play a 500c with a 2x10 extension, which is same and I've never had any thought they are easy to knock over. Never had a problem.

Hi @Big Hoss! Glad things are going well and that you have work to do.

It's not all beer and skittles for sure, but I am keeping busy with work, gigs (playing and doing tech work) and family medical issues have crept in that have been insane...

I did manage to have a Rumble problem. My handle in the combo is getting dinged up in transit, and has a weak spot I don't trust. Is that something Fender would warranty or at least sell me a replacement at a fair price?

I think BlueShox meant the okd style BH500 which is a much boxier (and heavier) head. That said, I would think it would take quite a bit to topple a 4x10 stack. You could always lay them on their side. Or put the head on the floor, sideways, handle on top.

All the V3 Rumbles 40 and up that share the same front end all have three levels of compression that have been engineered to mimic natural tube compression. The Overdrive has it's own compression as does the Vintage voicing so that's two compressors right there. The Delta-Comp is a dynamic compressor originally designed for solid state powered PA Mixers/Heads some 25 years ago and still going strong. It's been tweaked for bass amp duty between the pre and power amp sections and modified with a clip detection circuit and a Limiter. It's self adjusting to demand. However and whatever you play the Delta-Comp adjusts to you in real time as it is all analog. You can buy better compressors, but they would have to be studio grade units that cost several thousands of United States Dollars.

I'm coming to respect this Rumble stuff more and more. Love the tones. Love the Delta Comp. Can't get my Markbass stuff to sound like it. And it's so affordable and lightweight. Makes me wonder why pay so much for other stuff. For instance, I love my Markbass 121H combo, as well as my Little Mark III head and dual Traveler 151P cabs, but I might be just as satisfied with a Rumble 500 head and a couple of Rumble cabs for it. If I didn't have the 121H combo the Rumble 500 combo with two 10s would be my choice. Only 36 lbs., too. For now, digging my Rumble 100 for the niche it fills in my needs.

While I'm on a roll, let us admire the humble Rumble 40. This is pretty much the minimum standard bass amp requirement. All by itself at $199 it's a damn fine 40 watt 1x10 personal practice and coffee house amp. Right? Right!
But Wait! There's More!
Just look at the built in overdrive and compression for a moment. Check out any Boss or MXR stompbox compressors and bass overdrives. The Boss compressor is $199! and their overdrive is $109. MXR bass compressor is $189.99 and their distortion is $139.99! So you have to pay much more than a Fender Rumble 40 in order to get less, and you still have to buy a 40 watt 1x10 bass amp to go along with it.
