First song you ever performed on stage.

First time on stage: I sang "Jesus, I Heard You Had A Big House" by Bill Gaither in church.
First time playing bass: "Living Hope" in church
First time playing bass NOT in church: We had a band at the last place I worked and during the one rehearsal I was goofing around during down time playing and singing "I Wanna Be Sedated" by The Ramones. The BL looked at me and said, "Well, we are adding THAT one!" Played and sang it at the Sales meeting in March.

Reactions: Oddly
“Thank You Fa Lettinme...” by Sly & The Family Stone and “Sex Machine” were the first songs I played on bass in front of an audience. It was so on-the-spot that I didn’t have time to be nervous (I sat in with the band at a bar). The second time I played I knew in advance I’d be sitting in (as a “featured player” to do some wanky slapping) and I was terrified. My hands were clammy and shaking - it was the worst stage fright I’ve ever had. Luckily I don’t get quite that nervous when playing now...

Whoa! Sex Machine’s not your typical first outing. Congrats!

I can't remember, for the life of me what the first song was, but I do remember the show and the venue, or rather the occasion. It was a New Years party... first gig I ever got paid to get on a stage and play bass. Getting close to 35 years ago.
