I've been listening to this on-line station for about an hour now. It offers a mix of upbeat club music and gay-related news delivered in those sexy British accents.

Being an Anglophile and a long-time fan of U.K. pop music in general, I find that listening to GaydarRadio enhances my browsing experience. It may appeal to yours as well.

Actually they're weirder than that. The WBC don't go to the funerals of gays to spew their anti-gay bile. They go (mostly) to the funerals of veterans killed in battle to spew their anti-gay bile. I've never yet seen the connection, other than they know it'll get them attention.

In general I like everyone. For me to dislike someone it is always because there is something very wrong with them. I can't think of another group of people I've never met that inspires as much anger, rage, hatred and general negative emotion in me as they do.

It was a business arrangement mixed with lifelong prostitution of the betrothed woman. In exchange for dowries the sexual exclusivity of the girl, the father would get money/land/status/connections.

why do homosexuals get all the attention?

there are people who commit suicide everyday because of bullying who are not gay.

Gay teens make up an extremely high proportion of suicides, moreover, we are a group that it is relatively acceptable to target, be it in religious or political propaganda, or simply in locker room talk.

There is a lot of truth in this statement. Im lucky to live in an area of the world that is more tolerant of one's sexual orientation.

I remember talking to my mother about Prop 8, and how making marriage legal for homosexuals is a good thing, a positive step for humanity. She went on to use the oft-repeated phrase that a lot of, how do I put this delicately... 'bible bigots' use, that "marriage should be between a man and a woman". I was not 'out' over my sexuality at the time, though my mother is not daft and Im sure she knows more than I have ever let on. Anyway, I went on to tell her shamelessly that "****** is the new n*****," and how Prop 8 is a civil rights issue, not one that anybody's religious ideals should be concerned with. But still, it rings true.

why are Christians so often singled out as being bigots? I wasnt aware that you had to subscribe to (or not subscribe to) a certain religion to be intolerant
