I went to do some recording with my guitarist this weekend, and he was mad that I didn't bring my FI. He's only heard it at one band practice, and I only had three programs set up. It's a hit with my band already. 
Edit: For the record I am overwriting the Deep Impact emulator patches. They sound terrible compared to what this box can do.

if you guys were to fit the FI on a nano-sized board, (3 more pedals, or 4 mini pedals at the most) what would you put next to it?
I reckon I could do nearly everything I need with an FI, an H9 and a Xerograph, but I'd miss my OC-2 (and my SFX Loop Logic so I can have OC-2 in parallel with anything), my Pitchfork, and my Bugcrusher. Oh and my Iron Lung.
Oh and my TC Shaker Mini for synth-style modulation wheel punches. OK I've no chance of ever running a Nano. 
Not sure why you'd need an OC-2 with a FI on your board. It does octaves and more. I stuck a couple of BOSS OC-2 patches on the Google Drive for you. They don't sound EXACTLY like the OC-2 but are decent approximations of that straight -1 OCT soloed BOSS OC-2 sound.
I have an emotional attachment to it. I've got three of them. Also I run a 2-channel mix and the only thing in the other channel is an OC-2, so whatever I do in the other loop I can either mix it with just clean bass or with OC-2, I've been doing it for years and it works.

I run the pigtronix bass philosopher after it. It adds warmth, low-end and sustain and really takes the FI to the next level.
Can't wait to check those patches. Your short patches where spot on! The one in your demo at 1:00 is the sound I've been looking for. Thank you.

This is true. Seems like this should be the responsibility of the shipper. The company I work for occasionally misses the check box and our clients get these bills. We pay them.
