Those are who has them according to the club list. Tigerbass, do I need to add a KD to your name on the list?
It's a shame that one never took off. You're right! Super transparent.
The Terrordactyl is about to follow the K down the rabbit hole...again haha.
Any chance of giving the K-Drive another try now that the company has gained more momentum? Maybe arrange a group preorder for those of us who still want one, to act as a kickstarter for a second run.
If I remember correctly, they had three variations of boost. How does the low boost version differ from the BDPG?
By a show of hands, who would want one?
I'd try another KD, only sold mine because I needed the money and wasn't using OD at the time. Would love to compare it to the BDPG now.
I'll second that...hard to do a straight comparison between them.Totally different beast. Breakup quality is different, more boost IIRC on the K, more transparent on the K.
moving back to rats... I have a rat tail on its way to me, and just wondered how everyone was using their rats in a multi-dirt setup?
are you using your rat tails before or after fuzz and/or o/d pedals??
cheers
This is the only video I could find on the Kaeden drive. I even looked at the old Fuzzrocious Myspace page.
Can you tell which model this is Ry?
Most folks would ramp up there drive's from low to high, but Justin of TOOL runs his entire board, including his 70's tonebender fuzz, through a turbo rat/boss bass eq/presc. elec overdriver combo before hitting one head and cab, the second rig gets his entire board then straight to the clean head with out the rat set up but both rigs are always on. I suggest trying before and after your fuzz to hear wich you like best. My buddy helped do monitors for tool and he said it sounded wicked running fuzz through his rat set up, wich is kinda like a make shift rat tail.
