Hmmm, perhaps I could attend as a mascot of some sort? I have no chops to speak of, having only returned to music recently and relatively late in life, with a crazy job and young kids to keep me from committing to it the way I'd like.
But I have some nice gear to share, especially for fellow lefties.

Its more of hang, with nice gear, food, good company and maybe a short clinic or 2.
The LB-100 I borrowed last summer still had that smell despite being several years old. Because it was a loaner, I kept it in the case. Loved it every time I opened it.
My new one, however, went straight onto the wall, and the case straight to the basement. So I don't get the blast I would get if taking it out of the case. I should break out the case just for fun.

Seriously, though, my last "gig" was in junior high, and was on saxophone. I've played with other people once in the past 20 years. I love music, and I love gear because I'm a geek. But beyond that, my playing is simply a tool I used to keep myself sane--a way to relax that doesn't involve a TV or computer screen. I never intended to subject any other humans to it! Or at least not until I could achieve some passable level of skill

Just show up and have some fun, there's not going to be any difference between being there and being here on TB ... except, apparently, for you two freaks (you and @armyadarkness ) who will, seemingly, be walking around smelling people's cases....Oh no.
