This looks like it could be cool.
I'd rather have a Kiloton body with L2000 electronics. I love my Kiloton 5's body shape. So comfortable. Apparently the same as an SB-2.Fallout body with L-2000 electronics. interesting.

Picked up a 1997 USA L-2000 yesterday. This is my first G&L, I've got a couple Fenders and Stingrays, never really considered a G&L until I played it at the store, this thing is sweet! Such an underrated brand! I had to clean up the fret ends a little bit with a file and clean out the output jack with some Deoxit. There's some chips and dents here and there but otherwise in great shape for a 24 year old instrument. Can't believe the value of these. This is my first but definitely not my last.

So, 21 frets but no intonation probs, apparently.
That has 20...
My Tribute JB just arrived (Musician's Friend Stupid Deal of the Day for only $299). What a great bass for the money. Plays nice, and sounds excellent. G&L's quality coming out of Indonesia is really top notch.
Yep!Nice bass, did you get it from Atomic?
Yep!
Thanks! Yea it's really light, which I wasn't expecting. I wasn't in the market for a new bass but after playing it in the store and thinking about it for a day I had to have it. Happens way too often when I go by Atomic, haha.Congrats, that's a really nice one! I sold that to a friend years ago when his bass got stolen. Really great neck and not too heavy, very solid tone.
Decided to keep my LB100,after receiving good report on my health issues I was experiencing,No Cancer! Praise God,from whom all blessings flow! I have two of my favorite basses, and plan on holding on to them. Thankful for the G&L Club, lot of knowledge, and good information here.View attachment 4136889 View attachment 4136890
