G&L Club Part 7

posted one of these in the Bergantino club thread as well.

I made some recording play-thru's today of the El Toro and L-2500.
recommend headphones and apologies in advance for any clams.

Nice! I briefly played with a southern rock group a few years ago and we did Six Ways To Sunday.

What kind of strings do you have on the Toro?

Thought I should post a pic of my latest bass. Got her about a month ago. What an awesome bass. Wish I would have known about these back when I was gigging all the time. Sweet tones can be had.

What kind of straight edge for L2500.

I would like to be able to adjust the truss rod on an L2500. I've read about whether to use a simple straight edge versus a notched straight edge but if I want to try the latter, when I look for notched ones, I see they have them for various companies like Fender on one side, Gibson on the other, etc. but I haven't seen one for a G&L.

Has anyone used one for their G&L bass and if, so, which one? Also, I'm assuming it's the same for all G&L's?

Thx.

I just hold down the top string at the first and last fret. Makes a nice straight edge.
