Get Burnout: Takedown. No licensed cars, but a great game (takedown mode is my favourite)
As for me, I like racing games, but have been on Bulletstorm for a bit, as well as Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit and Need For Speed: The Run (it is quite bad without online features though)

I forgot, I dug up my Advance SP and I am also playing Pokémon Emerald (my favourite Pokemon game) and Metroid Zero Mission and Fusion.
It's nice to have to fight a boss which isn't so hard that you lose interest, but you have to work out HOW to kill it. eg the last two bosses in Metroid Fusion. There is always that 'now I know how to kill him, I should do it next time.'

I had been playing SWTOR [Star Wars: The Old Republic], but eventually I got bored of it and I unsubscribed. The game wasn't anything groundbreaking compared to other MMORPGs out there, and I found it was more like a glorified solo game. I got up to near the end game with my character and didn't team once. The only sort of interaction I had with other players was through the marketplace, where I sold items.

I've been meaning to finish Fall Out: New Vegas sometime.

I'm also thinking about The Secret World, because from the beta I tried, it had a pretty neat concept. I like games from Funcom - Anarchy Online is far and away the best MMORPG I'd ever played.

well, honestly i'm no gamer really at all. but i've found myself lately getting too much time in to gta, vice city. yeah, that one. i picked up a used ps2 for 30 bucks, and the game for 5 bucks, card was another 5. so 40 bucks spent, and boom, entertained.

soo anyway the reason i posted was to ask some experienced folks with good memories to help me out with something here. how did you find all the packages, rampages and jumps? i had the stategy guide and got the 100% way back then, but have long since gotten rid of it all. is that the only way to find it all, besides digging through nearly a million decade-old posts on gamer sites? and on a side note, talk about scary--i still remembered some of the cheat codes haha. BETTER than some of the bass parts i played in songs i wrote from the same time LOL. not trying to hijack the thread, but thought it'd be a good place to find some good gta-ers.

on topic, ya, gta4 is a blast. not easy to go back and forth with the driving controls being so different, tho, haha.

so lately I've found myself going on a bit of a trip for DOS games; I am just beginning how to use DOSbox. Just one thing:

If you look at the size of certain games, and how much HD space they took when they were released, and then look at GOG.com (good old games), the hard drive space is like 10 times the size! A good example of this is Crusader: No Remorse. The game itself is 37 megabytes, how does it end up being almost 400 MB just because GOG puts it out?

If there's something different they do to make their software run perfectly, I wanna know :ninja:

Guild Wars 2 has been my latest MMO game of choice and I've actually been having a great time with it. It combines the best things from several games and adds in WvWvW ( think DaOc ) for a good time. Torchlight 2 and Borderlands 2 are also in the mix. Finally, I've been playing a lot of CoH/CoV. I'm going to hate to see it turned off in Dec. It was always my go to game when I bored of everything else.
