@ Modulator.....let us know the next time you're playing down here. I'd like to check ya out.

I use the Neox112 with mine and it slams.
Getting either a AccuGroove Tri112 or Tri115 (maybe both! :D) here soon.

From the sounds of it, the 9.0 has deeper bass response, with perhaps more overall low end compared with previous GB amplifiers. Has anyone quantified the difference in bass response between the Shuttle 6.0 and 9.0? It would be interesting to know about the roll off characteristics of the 9.0's high-pass filter, -3dB and -10dB points, etc....

I will. I've been gigging with the Lucas Paul Band out of Ann Arbor. Matt Henninger was their old bassist, if you happen to know him. Pete Birchler (Pete Roc) and Bobby Streng are also in that band. Great guys, lots of fun. Most of the shows have been up north (Traverse City), but I'm starting to do more of the downstate hits with them as I'm available and they need me. Thinking about relocating to A2 next year.

Back to the Shuttle 9.0...

I have posted previously about this, the filter's aggregate response is not a simple description. It's asymmetrical and varies in both slope and frequency depending on the operational functions selected.

The difference between the 6.0 and 9.0 are not dramatic, a small difference in the aggregate net response of maybe 1dB at 30Hz (depending on the functions selected and eq used)

I don't know what this means, but I think it further confirms why I want a 9.0 for Christmas! :D

I just got mine about a week ago. I am really impressed with this head-so easy to dial in great tone!

I have a Bergantino AE410 and a GK Neo 212-2 (4 ohm). It sounds killer with both! Unfortunately, my next gig isn't until next month.

Going to be playing outside on TV next week. Wish I'd been able to get one of the 9.0's by now but havn't been able to swing it yet. I've been so stinking busy, not had time to worry about it. :eek::bawl::D

I have my Shuttle 9.0 landing here at home tomorrow morning. My dealer sent it special saturday delivery for no charge in the UK and also matched the lowest price on it.

CANNOT WAIT.

I think im one of 2 or 3 who are the first to receive the 9.0 in the UK.

Hey guys - I'm another Brit bassist - along with Musicman20 (above) I also have a Shuttle 9 coming tomorrow - I'm very exicted about it - all that power and quality from such a tiny box is just incredible... I'll let you know what I think but this thread had been really helpful in actually helping me decide to take the plunge.

Hi all,,, i'm in da UK as well... (whats up Mike Flynn)... I recieved my Shuttle 9.0 about a month ago... It is lovely... It is so light it is unbelievable. Tone Tone Tone.... thats all i got to say... I use it with Epifani UL2 series 2x12's. .. by the way i sold my Eden WT 550...
