Yes, back to the topic: the Shuttles, and the coveting thereof.

Question: do we repeat this entire thread once the Epifani Piccolo comes out? And yet again with the Gallien Krueger MB500? And are those two good reasons to delay ordering up a Shuttle 6.0?

I'm certain there will be a large number of fans for both the Piccolo and the MB500, and of course there will be threads dedicated to them.

As far as waiting, I think it depends. If someone wants a micro amp and is a big GK fan, sure, wait. The Piccolo is going to weigh more ... I think I saw something like 8 or 9 pounds? I may be misremembering. So while it's very lightweight, it's much heavier than the 3.75 Shuttle 6.0. But if someone is an Epifani fan, and likes what their amps sound like, then sure, wait.

Or if you like the Genz Benz tube pre sound, no reason to wait.

From my understanding the 6.0 is pretty much sold out. Someone told me that GB made what they thought would be enough 6.0 for a year and they are pretty much gone.

Just what I heard. This is not definitive. If that is the case, GB is going to really go through the roof.

to clarify- we aren't "sold out"...just back ordered. We have sold in a 1.5 month period what we thought we'd sell in a year. ...so we have to catch up. We ARE shipping product twice a week.

So, we are not sold out....we're making more.

As much as I love TB, we can't make a living on what people on TB buy. If we didn't sell beyond this "market", I'd be out of a job.

hey Vinny, I know you're "sporting" but yes, we do build our amps. Our overseas facility is a dedicated GB facility.

....I'm just sayin' is all.
