OK, This I must try. I wonder how it would pair with TUBES......

I have to suspect it would sound great. I’ve used my Ashdown ABM head with the pair of BA12’s and I thought it sounded great. Ive also experimented with a couple tube stomp box pre’s to get a more vintage tone and liked it. In the end I go back to the Magellan head with these cabs, but it’s fun to experiment

Again! A few more gigs with the all Genzler setup and it just sounds great. I’ve been a fan and have played Jeff’s stuff for years and everything from the quality to the customer service is second to none! As Jeff knows, it was hard for me to let go of my old Genz Benz gear, especially the Streamliner- love that head. But I did and honestly have been thrilled! End of last year Jeff sent me the Magellan head and I A/B it to the Streamliner for a week. In the end, both are fantastic heads but the flexibility of the Magellan was a better fit for what I do.

And,also again.... nothing that you guys don’t already know. Just reconfirming the opinions of others here!

I’m home from NAMM now and got to “hear” what I had hoped - the 350 combo, although it was being played with two of the cabs. I was amazed at what that little rig does. It is in my future and could end up nudging the 800 + BA12 to a closet.

I also “heard” the 410. If you’ve been to NAMM you know that the general din - background sound wash of about 80 dB constantly - makes it impossible to hear details but you can get a sense of generalities. The 410 KILLS IT. I’ve never liked that config and never even conceived of me using one. This one caught my attention. I don’t do gigs where I’d need that much but if I did, this cab would be on my short list.

Does the 410 have a deep bottom as well as wide dispersion ?
I usually DISLIKE ALL 410s and 810s .. But this one also caught my eye.. If it does what i think i will , it may need to be in the SUPER CAB territory that people are moving towards .

I had a Shuttle 3.0 mojo stack for a long time. I liked it except that it was just a little taxed at some outdoor jazz gigs. I talked to Jeff and he said the MG350 combo and an additional BA10-2 cab (the updated version of the GB I used) would be great. I didn’t Ostend and went MG800/BA12-3 and it was amazing...but more than I wanted/needed so I traded my 800 for a 350 and got a BA10-2 to make a combo. Love it. I still have the BA12-3 that I could use for bigger/outdoor gigs and that’s fine for now. I have it for sale trade ad I’d rather get another BA10-2 for my updated “mini stack” combo.

See above.

Back from practice. First thing, I usually run my GK mb800 through my two cx210 vert stack cabs. Sounds great.
Today, I ran my new MG350 and didn’t notice a real difference in volume at all. Handled band volume very well. Now for tone. Started everything flat while I a/b the contour. Liked what I heard with both settings flat. Then I messed around with the eq for awhile and had a bunch of great tones. This little amp is awesome.
Thank you Mr. Genzler and team.

I didn’t listen carefully and couldn’t have heard much even if I had... but my impression was that yes, it has a killer bottom. From what I can see, the 410 BA has the same 800 hz crossover that the others have which implies to me that the woofers get to be real woofers and let the mids and highs all go to the array, allowing the cab to go deeper and fuller in the bottom end. @campbems says his stack of 2 210 BA’s doesn’t go quite as deep as a stack of 12’s but punches a bit more. I’d expect the same is true for the 410BA. Maybe @Jeff Genzler will be able to comment once he gets done with NAMM and has a chance to breathe.

I agree with you about 410, 610, & 810 cabs but this (along with perhaps the Barefaced models which address the problems inherent in those speaker arrangements in a different way) seem to be game changers. Dropping the crossover and shunting the mids to the array fixes the beaminess and the cutting the weight... it all works as far as I could see/hear.

This and the barefaced seem to be the two cabs that address the beaminess of a typical 410..I really like the BA 410 form..

Picked up this beast today from DeGeorge Bros in Louisville. I have a MG212 as well, but haven't had a chance to pair the two together. It's amazing how much low end and loudness this small unit has.

I don't know why, but this one with the horn all the way down feels like it's more up my alley. (still haven't had the chance to play the Genzler stuff yet unfortunately)

Thanks Revroy, great to talk with you at NAMM and show you the gear. The overall feedback so far at the show is this cab has the depth without question. As for the crossover point, yes we are rolling in the array in the 800 Hz range and the 10's start a gentle roll-off a little below that. Beaminess is not inherent in this design by its nature with the Array component and tight alignment of the 10" drivers.

Jeff, Just a question. What is the Crossover Design? 1st order (6db), 2nd order (12db), or 3rd order (18db)?. I kind of doubt you'd be using any higher order designs (like 24 db or up) as they can become rather complex. Just wondering.

View attachment 2890514 Spent some time at the Genzler Amplification booth Thursday at NAMM. The new Bass Array 410-3 is impressive. It is smaller and lighter than most 410 cabs (much smaller and lighter than my Uber 410). The BA410-3 is on the far left next to the BA210-3 stack. To my ear, all of the Bass Array cabinets sound bigger than they are. The BA410-3 is no exception. The sound is big, responsive, and covers a wide area. Jeff and Scott make great products, and are nice people, too. They fuel my G.A.S.

I got to play the new BA410-3. Agree that it is impressive.

We're using simple and smooth first order network purposefully to align the optimim frequency ranges of the 12" and how we want a seamless transition into the array. The result has been a very balanced response.
