Genzler Amplification Club

Currently running two 12-3s out of an MG800. Just looking to see what difference is expected... if any?
I've run my 800 through Ampeg, GK, markbass, and dakrglass. I'm pretty sure the amp is making the cab in every situation. It's distinct voice was present in each but each had its own sound. The ampeg and the darkglass to me were the most musical the DG less colored, but who honestly doesn't love that ampeg tone??? I came home with the rhe DG based on the ridiculous discount that GC gave me but I couldn't be happier with the tones in pulling from it. I'm still going to gran an array and I'm excited to do some A and B testing on them.

When you try the array - you’ll be all genzler all the time...

what the head does to cabs - these cabs do to heads. Together they’re awesome.

I would hope so! I really would not have grabbed this DG cab if not for the discount. They gave me more than they should have on my trade and the sales guy gave me his 20% friends and family. I'm very happy with it too. It only makes me that much more excited to try the array

Also the interaction and customer service from Genzler is superb.
Right?!?!? My brother is a pro guitarist and I am but a lowly hobby bassist. When I tell him how crazy it is for the founders/owners of these companies to regularly communicate with their customers on this forum he's blown away. I love this community and the fact that Jeff and others are so humble is what earns life long customers.

Certainly the interaction with people like Genzler and Bergantino or Trickfish is what sets them apart, and a prime reason I support them by owning their products, but there are some guitar amp manufacturers that get this as well (Pat Quilter or Henricksen are good examples). You don’t get personal service from a company like Fender or any number of other large companies. It builds loyalty.

Yup, I'm not going to put him out there but he is the senior strings guy for a very large company and is one of the only US service techs for a number of high end brands and even he gets treated like a peon by certain brands.

I’m finding all Bass Array cabs work well with each other. I have run a 410/210, 410/115, 210/115 and all of them as stand alone cabs. They are truly amazing cabinets.

I’m also demoing some new things. But, I can’t tell ya just yet! ;)

I bought a 410-3 a while ago. I would love to see how the 15-3 works.

The BA15-3 is a killer cab. Paired with the BA410-3 is a beast of a rig!
