I actually have two Series 1s and one Series 2 connected, and they sound great all around! This configuration gives you twelve 2-inch mids/highs in the line array, which contributes to the articulated, full-range sound.

New to posting in the club so appologies if this has been covered. Anyone else have trouble registering their Genzler products? Filled out registration info for a Genzler 350 combo that just arrived today and I am getting a message about my submission being flagged as SPAM. Realized I never received registration confirmation email for the Series 2 10" cabinet I ordered last month either and guessing the same happened then.

Sent an email to the info address. Expect it will get sorted out, but wanted to post here so everyone carefully reads the post submission message on registration. It might say your submission was filtered out.

EDIT: Already received an email reply and they took care of my registration. Very quick response. Thanks @Jeff Genzler!


Somewhat related note:
If you buy a new Genzler cabinet and it has a strange rattle, make sure the desiccant pack did not get stuck behind the grille during shipping. I was worried my cabinet had issues for a minute or so before I saw the pack. Solid setup after I got the desiccant removed.

Congrats on the new rig. I have the same set up and love it. It's incredible how gear so small and light can sound so good and so much bigger than it's size. Try a 4 On The Floor OD with it and add even more voicings and some grit and even full on distortion if you like. It's a great rig especially for old guys like me.

It is a great rig particularly for the weight/portability. I had been using the single 10" cabinet with my Ampeg PF50T head. Shortly after getting the first cabinet, I set up Reverb notifications for a second cabinet. Saw a deal pop up on a new combo and jumped on it. Going to sell the Ampeg PF50T to offset it. I love the sound of the PF50T, but missed having the versatility of the Magellan 350 (previously had one and sold it).

I know it’s not a good pic, I’ll try to get another, just wanted to get to this before I got side tracked…again. I picked up a Magellan 350 with a Nu Classic 210 cab and immediately heard what I wanted and what I was missing from all the other amps that I’ve had over the years. The Magellan lets my bass’s speak for themselves. My Pbass sounds like a Pbass and my Spectors and Ovation sound like themselves, all without turning a knob. This is what I was looking for. I play in a small (two person) band and wanted to switch up depending on the song. Previously I had to turn a bunch of knobs to approach the tone I was looking for for each bass. Now they all don’t kinda sound the same. All I have to do, if I feel like it, is hit the contour button. Since we are a small band that plays in small venues(for now I hope), I wanted a smaller lightweight cab to go with what I have or to play through on its own. I can’t say this more emphatically, Jeff was extremely helpful. He took the time to call me(at my convenience no less) to walk me through the options and find a cab that was right for me and my prestent/future needs. The phone call wasn’t all business, we talked about horses(my life of over 40 years) and I found out that the gentleman(Andy?, sorry if I’m wrong!) who designs peddles with Jeff also works with horses along with his wife in a rescue. To have people who care for those who can’t care for themselves working in your organization says a lot about that organization. I say all that to illustrate that Jeff is a genuine person and his gear reflects his care for what he does and who he serves. Sorry about the lengthy side bar…He steered me towards the Nu Classic 112t and a 4 on the floor peddle. Once I got the cradle put on the 112, I hooked the whole mess up and shook the house with all my bass’s. 5th string never sounded so good! The amp is so articulate that even the low b on the Pbass was tighter than I’ve ever heard before. Except for Mesa and Hartke, I’ve pretty much played out of them all. None sounded this good.

Trying to figure out what I'd like in terms of new cabs, but I'm really intrigued by the Bass Array series. My old rig was an Eden WT550 into an Eden D210XLT and an Acme Low B2. I've begun the transition by moving over to a SushiBox Finally + Empress ParaEQ MKII feeding a Quilter BB802 on the preamp/power amp front.

I play 4 strings, mainly rock. Looking to go lighter, but still retain the punch (D210XLT) and low end reinforcement (Acme B2, kinda playing the role of a 1x15)

My question is this - would a pair of BA 112-3's kinda do the same job as a 210 + 115 rig? I've been eyeing the 112 for a couple reasons - cheaper to get my foot in the door, smaller, more lightweight - and if I manage to get the series 2, it should be a perfect match on power ratings for the BB802 (and most class D heads I'd be likely to end up with in the future). Anyone else made the jump to 112's? It seems like the right in-between, I just want to make sure I'm not losing too much punch from the 210's. I also know the D210XLT has a baked in mid hump, but if I end up missing it, I'll probably tackle it with EQ.

In many instances in this thread, Mr. Genzler personally comes in to offer (sound) advice that will get you where you want to be. I’m guessing that will be the case here.
