Yes, I have already let him know that this can be done. He knows I'm tracking from home to demo, doesn't seem to have a problem with it.

All Rics should come with those vintage style knobs. First thing that I do is install them.
In the late 70s to early 80s Eddie Angel played with Tex Rubinowitz and the Bad Boys, a rockabilly band from DC. They played a bunch of Robert Gordon stuff and Eddie nailed all the Link Wray and Chris Spedding breaks. It sounded like the record at PA volume. And the cool part was he looked like he was thinking about where to go fishing while he was doing it. No guitar hero antics at all. Just a wall of rock 'n roll guitar.

Looks like a hand above it holding a cigarette. Twenty-five years ago that might have been me, but I smoked my last on March 11, 2000 and and grateful I was able to quit. I was a heavy smoker, hard to say how things would be right now if I were still smoking.
I had a busy day today with two rehearsals, and didn't write back to the recording guy until late. Basically just thanked him for sending the tracks and told him I'd listen to the rest of his scratch tracks and see if I thought I could contribute anything more.
I've already mentioned this song and described it to the drummer, and he hasn't said he doesn't want to do it, so I think he'd be game, if we wanted to try that option. Honestly I think he just wants to play anything right now. We're not exactly rolling in work, though he gets more work than I do, because he's really good.

Congrats on the 'quit smoking'. I quit over 50 years ago when they went up to $.35/pack on base. I can't believe what they cost now.
Our oldest grand baby is 8.
