Celebrating a false cancer scare this weekend. Shortness of breath caused a trip to the doctor. He/I thought lung cancer. After X-ray and MRI...NOPE! EKG next week. Now, pass me my drink

Well there's one drink served at parties that is consumed in an adult manner. I probably should stop there but can say it involves whipped cream.

Sounds like as good a reason as any for adult beverage time. And a PBR is not an adult beverage. Armagnac is an adult beverage.
Planned a weekend with the new grandson. Told the church Music Director and it made my protegé's week to get to play bass instead of keyboard.
Then, I felt a tickle. In my throat. Gargling, copious fluids, OTC meds, still got a raging headcold. No grandson this weekend. Lots of pampering from Mrs. Dog, at arms length. Stuffy head makes me feel none too human. Runny nose is disgusting. Usual body aches magnified 10x. This is my grumpiest of Olde F

The only problem with the bass is that it wasn’t loud enough.
Too funny...with all the medical visits and heat out here, I haven't spent much time in the camper! Hope to rectify that real soon, however

We did this one with the group I was in in Miami. The guy who did Hatfield's part and I(Medley's part)talked about doing it in a Karaoke bar, but we never got a round tuit. Probably woulda blown some minds.
Elvis did that song. He broke a sweat and needed a lot of backup singers to pull it off. But he did it well.

What could be worse than having Someone Else's Blues on a Monday.
Here's one for Ric Ocasek. Live Aid in 1985 was a great show. He joins bass player and co-founder Benjamin Orr who died in 2000. The band had a lot of good songs.
