Not belabor a point but I understand what you are saying. I have no idea how either of you feel but I do understand. Having Leukemia and just gone through a bone marrow transplant there were times just going to the bathroom wiped me out for the day. Plus having RA which one of the treatments is Chemo I ended up on my back more than I wished. Luckily today it is not as bad with the biologics (Enbrel, Humira etc) as it used to be. Infusion therapy is no fun no matter what you receive and in my case it was immuno factor. Still knocked me on my Butt. My thoughts will be you during your treatment. No one should be subjected to any of this. (Of course I was speaking to 2 people at once). Good luck in all things.

Well it is off to the casino to play a little. At least I can sit and put my feet up instead of moving around with 10lbs of bass over my shoulder. But to be honest I would rather have the 10lbs over my shoulder. Less expensive and I make money as little as it is.

Cupping is one of those healing therapies that hurts far worse than what's being healed, IMO. I'll just put the entire lot of healing therapies that damage us in the same bin. Hey wait, Gwyneth Paltrow is selling candles ... 
Mine was a 66 I got NOS in 69. To me any Gibby/Epi 4 stringer shaped like that will always be an EB-0/3, I don't care what they call it. [grump, grump]

I agree 100% except for the shoes. They at least could have been clean. My daughter is out showing my Grandson off but as soon as she gets back I will post the EB.

Ok here is the Ole '69 on my shoulders playing White Room (which I felt was appropriate). EB or SG or whatever they are all shaped the same and distinct. I truly thought it would never happen. I am always proud to show IT off not necessarily me.

Hanging out with Odin as I take a glass of wine on my short break from bass is as good a reason as I need right now.
I got the infusion done today and, so far, I feel OK.
Next treatment is in 2 weeks on Valentines Day. Maybe the wife and I will go out on the 15th instead of the 14th. It will probably be less crowded.

Like leaving the concert before the final song ends so the parking lot won't be such a mess?
So I cannot find a manufacturer name on that bridge and I have found a number of EB3's with like bridges on line. That doesn't mean truly much. I have read that these were heavily modified when new. Do you think it maybe a Ric bridge? It is not a problem as I am a huge Rickenbacker fan and this maybe as close to one as I may get. I don't think I have another 50 years in me. The main reason asked is it is currently under restoration and I may want to stop the bridge change. Thank you for any information you might have.

Got some unwanted advice though.....
NEVER make life changing decisions that affect your bass on scotch and painkillers.....
That bridge has many Norlin era traits. The nylon saddles, for one, and the longer travel length for intonation adjustments. yet, it does not really look like a real Gibson part. Might Mite, or Stars Guitars part, perhaps?
