It's a bungalow, Bill...(deep in the jungle where the mighty tiger lies...)

I live in a one story house. A friend from up north(originally)insists it's a "ranch". No. It's a one story house.

Definitely no basement. In coastal FL a basement would quickly become a pool.
When we're in a bungalow on Tuesday
what's it like out there
GOFs watch the weather on the telly
I remember playing on a bomb site when I was a kid.....A LOT of London still looked like that too....Typical pram there in the third world known as 1950s Edinburgh.
Far as I'm concerned, no person should ever wield power, political, economic, fill-in-the-blank, who hasn't (more fill-in-the-blanks like)
used a city bus
filed for assistance
used a food pantry
etc
etc
some of those blanks can get politically charged so we'll just leave them blank

Bungalow!
Some Florida houses come with a roof hole for a palm tree. Why, is beyond me.

Yep, this is the conclusion I've had to come to. Time to take this seriously for the long term and permanently kick the poor dietary choices, etc., to the curb. The good thing about this is that I am so grateful to just be alive, I think it has had a positive impact on my overall outlook. I'm not thrilled about having to watch my diet, but the alternative is pretty unattractive, and pancreatitis is a very painful way to die. And who knows, maybe I'll even lose that 20 lbs I have been hoping for?LBS, glad to hear that you are doing well. Sometimes our bodies quietly give us a hint that we need to make changes. Sometimes it isn’t a hint. Rather it’s an outright demand. We just need to listen and heed the hints and demands.
