I'm in absolutely no hurry.....I want it right...I know how these things go, they're done when they're done. My last one came through way ahead of expectations, probably mostly because the builder had made those trick new pickups I mentioned and my bass was the most convenient place to install them.

Would "Correct" suit your pedantic mind any better?.......If you want it right, did you specify that when you ordered? Most places assume right unless you say left but you never know. As a lefty who plays right, I often get confused.

Many musicians spend their life searching for just the right instruments and amps. Some find the right ones early on, others spend their lives on a never ending hunt. Sometimes it’s just a matter of something new.
Enjoy your new bass. I find that anticipation is an enjoyable part of the process.

Not to a cook.....Your stuff becomes part of you....Having a favourite spatula is a bit worrying in and of itself, no?

The only superpower I still have is the ability to lose things. I have been using a nice nylon spatula that my son left here. The last time I went to use it, it had apparently been sucked into a transient black hole (the worst kind!).![]()
