The amp was a GK something or other into a Mesa 4x10. It was farty during the first tune which I traced to overloading the pre-amp. Pushing in the pad button, found by luck, solved everything. I didn't mess with the controls as it was darkish in that corner. Bass was my Lined six string fretless Carvin LB76F.

I was happy my voice held out. :D

Turning down the boost control on G-K amps usually is job one for me in those situations. But the pad button usually does what we'd expect reasonably well, at least.

And I shudder to think about how my voice would hold up these days if I were to go into Cookie Monster/Capt. Beefheart territory like I often used to!

There's probably a market for solo artists with 70s haircuts who can use a looper or MIDI is the conclusion I draw here. Especially if they have a 67 Thunderbird without a ramp.

It's all about the porn 'stache. Or its that stash? Meh, time for a nap!

Yeah first reaction is it got Entwistle in a hotel room full of just a bit more than his body could handle.

"Death by Misadventure" is actually a Thing. Nobody's venturing outside. Or maybe they are and I don't know because I only adventured as far as the mailbox.
