Then: I have a number of non functional bass necks that for some reason I am unable to throw away or use for kindling and they are taking up space. One of my remaining live cells fired and I thought as a novelty item how about a cane or walking stick from a bass neck. I wonder what it would take to make it functional. I googled the concept but all that came up were canes in the shape of guitars or a cane that was also a bass or a guitar. Then the other living cell fired and I got the thought ask the GOF's. Someone there should have an answer of some type.
Eagerly awaiting to see what response I will receive.

Completely spitballing here, but you could (possibly) screw an end pin from a double bass into the butt end of the neck and drill a hole through the headstock and install a dowel for a handle.

In the '80s when we'd bicycle aound PV we would stop at the house overlooking the bay where the W palm trees were. They are, basically, stumps, these days, if they are still there. I have not been past there since the mid '80s.

What a royal pain it is to setup a computer that was last used March 30, 2017.

Using it right now after letting it run all night to update itself. Had to get down into its guts because one drive lost a connection somewhere. It's a really big drive for where I keep all my photos and music. But no music coming out of it right now as I figure out how to set up the Bluetooth headphones.

It's nice to see a really big screen again, and from my seat here at the desk have a perfect view north into the wooded hillside.

Was helping friends move in Albuquerque when I saw an actual, real-life roadrunner in their back yard. The event left me in a state of partial shock in that window of time between seeing it and realizing what I'd just seen. Hilarity ensued.

Seeing a roadrunner is one of the bigger head gonks I've received in life.

The problem with a view of the woods is that it normally makes you not want to sit inside looking at a computer screen. Especially if your name is Odin.

They have some nice sounding bluetooth speakers these days. Earbud noise cancelling bluetooth headphones seem to be very popular.

I've a set of Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC cans that I want to connect by Bluetooth. I've a USB Bluetooth transmitter but haven't figured out how to get both the headset and transmitter working together.

I take a back road between my house and Orlando(daughter's home). Almost always see eagles, sometimes see whooping cranes.
