A T.Rex can't cover his face when he coughs.
There's a semi-famous whooping crane rehab/nursery facility not far off that back road(I know how to get there but I won't). Occasionally a pair will fly off on their own. There's ranches along the back road(FL 523)that have grain feeding troughs that the birds will visit. Cattle don't seem to mind.
With my bluetooth speakers, the speaker has a button to turn on BT pairing mode, on the computer the BT app looks for the speakers, you select the one that you want to connect to. Then in the sound app on the computer, you select BT instead of the internal speaker.
If you can hear a TRex cough, it’s too late. You’re dinner.

hey fellow grumpy people, I need a little cleaning advice for NBD. celebrate 7years clean/sober today so bought myself a little something last week hoping it would show up today, which it did 61 p bass, mostly original (pots and pups replaced which I will swap for period correct). has decades worth of patina aka.,grime. the body I'm just going to use wax/oil on, a little alcohol on the bridge. my question is the slab board. I could use a gallon of lemon oil, but is it.better to use a.light abrasive first to cut through the gunk? also, I found 61 pots, anyone know where to find 60/61 pups? thanks

On rosewood, I would start with naphtha (lighter fluid), wear gloves, use it sparingly. You can use fine steel wool, grade #0000 (paint shop). Sometimes a little scraping against the frets with a razor blade is in order to get into the corners. Then finish with lemon oil. Do not use boiled linseed oil.
Finding vintage pickups can be a problem. Fender custom shop vintage pickups are not all that bad. I hate it when sellers part out pickups and electronics before a sale.

Woo. Computer has sound. Kind of expecting the mic on the headset won't work but there's a mic on the monitor.

Not to state the obvious but did you go into the audio panel and select the headset microphone? Windows doesn't always correctly select the right mic automatically, although it should have. If you are using USB should be no-brainer. If you are using 1/8" plugs there are two-one for headphones and one for your headset mic. Good luck!
EDIT: Sometimes a headset has a dual plug, whereas one plug will go into a headset/mic input on the computer. It will have two black lines on the silver tube of the plug.
@Morrighan this is the dual plug with two ports for mic/headphones.

Nah, David's the man for vintage stuff. But be sure to use adequate ventilation when using any solvents. I'll only use naptha outdoors and generally prefer pure food grade orange oil for cleaning stuff up, assuming that doesn't involve plastic bits, which it could stain. Still need proper ventilation with that as well.

What I have here is a Bluetooth transmitter that runs on a line out. But forgot about the mic. A dedicated Bluetooth USB is what's in order for the mic.
What a pain this has been to set up but the view is pretty good. Lot of trees down. Always woodland creatures to be sighted. About three deer just went by.
The ones I don't often see are more interesting when I do. You know, always appreciate there are no snakes in Ireland. Heck, even the Romans took a look and said, "too cold and wet".

Any sitting around at home in their jammies remember
A quick question for any in the know. I'm looking for something that I can plug my receiver into that has an AC outlet that is only active when the receiver is switched on. I don't like the subwoofer being on 24/7. It's working very well BTW. 
Let me tell you one thing - if any of you get this Covid19 crap I'll come over there and kill ya!!!
