We just know this will happen on those timelines, given what we've seen since the first computer hacks. And not to mention the rise of anti-nanobot software like Norton for Large Mammals, and McAffee for Sentient Beings. All of whom engineer it with multiple backdoors for friendly government agencies.

In simpler times we keep patent medicine on hand, just in case Great Aunt Emma is stricken by the ague again.

Did you mean Aunt Enema?

LaContessa not to be a nit or anything but no one in the colonies know what ague, is.
Lol

Bob

That (for the record) is owing to curious turns, I'm here in the colonies until I sign on to a new ship and see about "where there be dragons" for myself ;)

And that's how we come full circle to the sidesaddle in the colonoscopy exam room. It's the night before that's memorable :vomit: ... and I do believe this summer means three more years to my next one :bored:

And in the future, if you're a Norton-bot-being, when you get up in the morning and go into the bathroom, you start, uh, going, but have to stop to download a new definitions file before you finish. Every day. Meanwhile, nobody can afford Apple's latest iBotNano, but everybody wants one.

I get to have a colonoscopy done every 2 years. I grew up 3 miles due east of the Fernald Nuclear Plant. They used to vent uranium dust into the air 3-5 times a week. To top that off, the plant was built on top of the largest aquifer in Butler and Hamilton Counties (Cincinnati is in Hamilton County.

Of course people around here don’t refer to the procedure as a colonoscopy. They call it a Roto-Rooter exam since RR is headquartered here.

Thank you so very, very, very much for reminding me that I'm slightly past due.

:roflmao::roflmao:.

And, if it is positive, you get to accept a re-bore...aka a perfect a$$___e. Going back to my room know.

I am impressed most people including doctors can't even pronounce that word let alone spell it. You are my hero!

Bob

Hey, @Bobhmcs and others of similar ages, like me, it is great to see that we can follow the news of the day, the various forums we follow and still be able to talk and chew gum at the same time. That says a lot for a sense of humor, doesn't it?
