I guess I belong in Georgia, I've loved Kentucky Fried chicken since i was a kid, there's even a few out here. Incidentally for any potato chip lovers the Lays potato chips out here are better than the ones in the states. They use their own potatoes and there are 4000 different varieties here. There are a good amount of Boston Chicken's in MA but far more places like McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's. There are a lot of transient food carts in Lima although they have to get a permit and set up in the same place every night. One of my favorites is grilled beef hearts, they call them anticuchos. There are also anticucho restaurants here and there. The vegetable and fruits out here are really good. Lots of fish, trout is very common here which I love, I could live on fish.

If the price is right...Peavey is always a good value. First try lifting it. Then do a smell test. Some smells you can never get out.

I’ve seen them with an 8 ohm Scorpion speaker. I believe that the 4 ohm Black Widow was an option.

Old Peaveys are real, and (it is speculated), may outlive us all. Mine had that strange pyramid EQ, which likely bested my IQ. What I wanted was to hear myself over the band. At least there was no keyboard player.

Cartoons aren't real, yet (it is speculated), some people struggle with the EQ in their IQ to hold a clear distinction of what is and isn't real. Some drunk, and (it is speculated), horny philosopher told us people fixate on illusion because they never step outside of their cave.

When Odin and I step out of the house, we see squirrels and have a grand old time.

Do I really want my old Peavey TNT 100 back? My back says no. Maybe, if it were to be placed somewhere where it would never, ever be moved again.

I've a joke about a kebab shop that would earn me a ban hammer if I told it here.

What I recall of Boston Garden is the spinach side made it worth the purchase. Up there that-away when on site in New Bedford, roadside fried clams hit the spot. Big fish auction in New Bedford, but it's not open for public viewing. There is a whaling museum, and lots and lots of Portuguese food.

When in Munich I ordered calf's heart, the waitress asked me if I was certain I knew what I was ordering. A courtesy. Served in drawn butter, if I recall correctly. What I miss is black pudding for breakfast. What it seems to me is I eat differently in different places. In Milan, a chocolate croissant and double cappuccino makes a perfect start before I take my first espresso when I arrive at the office.

The recent computerised "Roadrunner" cartoons have Wile E. go offa the cliff-or whatever-but he doesn't hit bottom in that little puff of dust. Sanitized? Are we s'posed to think he flies? WTH!

As someone who was almost solely supported by fixing broken Peavey gear for a few years, that notion always cracks me up. But of course the odds are that whoever sells the most Legos will have a few broken ones along the way.

True, but when one does unspeakable things to a Peavey, it complies.....then it complains......then it protests......then it shuts down.
Sometimes a reboot works....sometimes not.
Chances are high that there's a fixable platform.
Less robust brands? Roll over and die fast.
Maybe fixable...maybe pile of ashes.

Definitely! My younger sister worked at one. We would go there for dinner on Friday nights when I was a youngster.

A local restaurant, The Filling Station, I think bought the recipes including the olive burger and the onion rings.

Haven't had time to put much of anything up here, lately. It's been constant back-to-back runs, and 80~85hr workweeks since the Feds lifted our "Hours of Service" regulations for Covid relief products. Thought the pace would be slowing some now, but with the recent foolishness in the streets, I'm sure our building products divisions will be pumping out units like there's no tomorrow.
Not to complain, though. I'm one of the fortunate few whose income has actually increased, due to this plague. I see the suffering of many not so lucky.
Sometimes job security is a double edged sword, but it doesn't cleave near as sharply as being cut off from your profession.

True that, especially for the MI gear. Their servce department crew were always a joy to work with too, humans who actually answered the phone and sent out what you needed today.
